You can complete your order by choosing one of the following payment methods:
Payment by cash on delivery (only for orders within Greece).
Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order upon receipt (cash on delivery), giving the amount of the value of the order in cash to the courier company that will deliver your package.
The cash on delivery service increases the cost of your order by one (1) euro.
For values of €500 and above, payment is made by cash on delivery bank check.
The cash on delivery service is only available for orders within Greece.

Make your payment directly to our bank account. Use your order ID as
payment report. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared our account.

Accepted card types are: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. In particular, regarding payment with a credit card issued by a Greek bank, payment in interest-free installments may be available, depending on each bank’s policy
The process of clearing your payment is undertaken by the BANK, which guarantees its security.
Information about the card (card number, CVV2, expiry date) is transmitted / transferred via the Internet in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible from the online store.
The systems and procedures used by the BANK prevent third parties from accessing its data and information systems.
The Bank’s website, where the customer enters his card details, has a digital certificate so that anyone can check its authenticity, i.e. verify that it really belongs to the BANK.
By using a credit card there is no charge on the payment amount.
Within Greece, for orders over €30, shipping is free.
For deliveries outside Greece, regardless of value, the update of the transport cost will be made in a separate communication with you and its acceptance by you is necessary for the completion of your order.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The products are delivered by ACS Courier within 3 working days of your order in mainland Greece and 5 working days in the islands. Shipments are made throughout the Territory. Shipping costs are €2.00 for mainland Greece and €3.00 for islands and remote areas.
Upon completion of the order, serraia.gr sends an e-mail with the shipping code. With this code you can track the progress of your order through the site and know where it is at any moment
PRODUCT RETURNS
A. IN CASE OF DEFECTS
• In the unlikely event that you receive a problematic product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to either request a replacement, completely free of charge, or to cancel your order and request a refund of the money, which you have proven to have paid us
For this purpose, you should contact us as soon as possible on the phone number 6976434981, or by email at our email address [email protected], in order to inform us in particular about the problem with the products delivered to you and to notify us if you wish:
-The replacement of the products, (which will be valid as a new, free for you, order)
– or the cancellation of your order, whenever we will return your money after 7 (seven) working days have passed since we receive at SERRAIA the products that you should have returned to us and on the condition that you have notified us of your bank account , to which we will be able to deposit the refund amount.
• In any case, you should send the products to us, using the courier company through which you received your order and not any other company of your choice, because in this case you will bear the transport costs. Send the package by the courier you received and inform it so that it is done with a fee to SERRAIA and to the address Christos Municipality of Serres, P.O. 62100 You can also call the courier who delivered the products to you and ask them to come pick up the parcel from your place, without any additional charge.
A necessary condition for changing/returning the product is:
• not be used.
• you have not caused internal alterations or external damage.

B. UNREASONABLE WITHDRAWAL
In any case, you can definitively cancel your order, freely, free of charge and without having or having to state any reason, (e.g. product defect), within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of order or receipt of of your order – with the limitation that you have not unpacked the products (you have not “opened” the packaging that we used to send them to you).
Order Cancellation / Withdrawal Procedure
In order to exercise the right to cancel an order before receiving it, send a text message to [email protected] and contact us by phone for confirmation (6976434981).
– In the message you must mention the following information:
– First name
– Patronymic
– Product/Products and Order quantity
– Order number
– Your Contact Details (Telephone, Email).
– In case of cancellation of an order on time and as long as you have deposited a proven amount of money for the order, you are entitled to receive from SERRAIA the entire amount of money, which you may have paid. The amount will be credited after seven (7) working days from the cancellation of the order or from the date that this amount will have been received by SERRAIA, (the later of the two dates is taken into account), provided that you will have notified us of your bank account, to which we can deposit the refund amount.
– We clarify that any deductions that have been imposed (by your bank or credit card, etc.) are charged to you and are not returned by the third parties who carried them out, nor certainly by SERRAIA, which will not have collected their amount.
– In the event that you have received the products of your order – and you have not unpacked them, as mentioned above – the same applies as above, with the difference that within 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must you have returned to us at your own expense the products, which must be in the condition they were received by you, complete and undamaged, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (MA, Invoice or Retail Receipt) and that, as long as you have deposited a demonstrable amount of money for the order, you are entitled to take over it in full, (minus the reservations imposed by the bank, etc.), after the lapse of 7 (seven) working days from when we receive at SERRAIA the products you returned to us under on the condition that they have been properly returned as stated above (otherwise the products will not be accepted, they will be returned to the customer and the transport costs will be borne by him) and on the condition that you have notified us of your bank account, in which we will be able to we will credit you with the refund amount.
